Thank you for this little piece of heaven. At this point in our lives, the most precious thing we could have is a quiet place away from it all to spend time together. In just a few days, we will be boarding a plane to do something that every American knows exists, but we truly believe in, FREEDOM! Our journey together began a long time ago, but this chapter in our lives is something we will always cherish. So far away from home, in the desert of Iraq, filled with mortor and gunfire, we will remember our last few nights together here at home. We will miss the peace and quiet of such a beautiful place together here, we discovered something we though never existed. We had the time we needed together to know that "hope" is just not a word, it is something that everyone should hold on to. Just when you least expect something like fate, it comes knocking at your door. This little piece of heaven has given us something to look forward to, something to come home to. Although we would like to share more about how we feel, words just cannot describe how important the time we were able to spend together here meant to us. This place, away from it all, will always hold a special place in our hearts. It is here that we both discovered we knew that we would be together today, tomorrow and FOREVER!

This is an absolutely fantastic property and it really felt like a home away from home. A perfect place for a holiday with a view to die for. There was room for all the family. The house is just beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to everyone.

The White Firs is bright, cheery, warm and comfortable. It is well equiped with plenty of beds and bathrooms for a family or three couples. Only 25 minutes from Crystal parking lot. We had a great time.

We also have to tell you that whatever you pay for the property management people, it is a bargain. They were there when we arrived and came twice more to make sure things were okay and to fix the pipes. Finding competent reliable people who actually care about the property is a rare find.

PC was such a great host. With the sleds and the parking pass to Crystal Mt. we had the best time ever. My kids had never seen snow before so they were thrilled. Thanks you so much. We will certainly be back.

In this hectic "ME!ME! lifestyle we often forget how nice it is to meet and interact with folks who still trust in people and strive to always show the best of themselves to those they meet and deal with. You, through your caring and outgoing style have renewed our faith and outlook for the return of civilization. Thank you so much for lending your home to us. This fabulous place was very relaxing and comfortable. The surroundings covering this area is breath taking. We are from Dallas/Fort Worth in Texas. Needless to say we don't get to see snow very often. We would love to bring our family, our children to this place, our heaven, so they may enjoy this serene place. Thank you so much. We will highly recommend this community to our friends who are looking to get away from it all.

We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the high quality of cookware and the amount of cookware. PC was great to work with. We didn't even think about watching TV. But we enjhoyed a movie on the DVD.

What a wonderful lodge. We had 16 for dinner ranging from 4 to 70. It was comfortable and easy for everyone. A great spot especially for a family- and PC was so helpful.

We had a truly enjoyable girls weekend. I don't want it to end. We will all be back to this oasis in the woods. Thanks Rob for being so helpful and looking out for us girls. And PC, you are a gem.
