From Sea-Tac Airport to Cabins near Mt. Rainier    Clip Snwmbl Yellow.png

Travel on I-5 Southbound. Take the Auburn exit to Highway 18 (do not take the Puyallup exit, take the next exit to Auburn). Travel a short distance to Auburn taking the Auburn Way exit (left on SR 164) towards Enumclaw. Sit back and relax for about 20 or 30 minutes until you come to Enumclaw. Travel through Enumclaw until the road ends at a stoplight at Highway 410. You will be facing a Safeway/Rite Aid shopping center. Turn left onto Highway 410. Follow the directions from Enumclaw.

From Portland & Olympia to Cabins near Crystal Mt. and Mt RainierP-SnowMusher.jpg

Take I-5 Northbound. Turn right onto State Route 512 toward Puyallup and Mt. Rainier. Do not take the first Mt. Rainier turn off.  Instead continue on State Route 512 until it connects with State Route 410 toward Sumner/ Enumclaw. (It is a little tricky to make this transition. For a very, very short distance you will be on Highway 167 towards Seattle. Then State Route 410 will show up towards Mt. Rainier.) Travel on SR 410 through Enumclaw. Follow directions from Enumclaw.

From the Eastside to Cabins near Crystal Mt. Ski Resort  & Mt RainierP-SnowSleddingKidDad.jpg

Take Interstate 405 past Renton Boeing to the Enumclaw Exit. As you go through the next two lights move to the left and take the Enumclaw turn onto State Route 169. Sit back and enjoy rural America for almost a half of an hour. (If you know the back roads from Issaquah, Hobart, Ravensdale and Black Diamond you can really get a taste of rural life and miss a lot of traffic. The Green River is out for several months, so you will be redirected to an alternate route.) Travel to Enumclaw. Turn left at City Hall (a crossroads of Porter and Griffin with a traffic light). Continue until you see the Safeway/Rite Aid shopping center. Turn left at the stop light onto Highway 410. Follow directions from Enumclaw.

From Enumclaw to the Cascade Foothills and cabins

Take Highway 410 into the Cascade Foothills through Greenwater (mile marker 42-43) to mile marker 46. About 1/2 mile further, turn right on Forest Service Road 74. Cross a small cement bridge over the White River. Stay left at the Y in the road (Go toward the Dead End sign). Pass FS Road 75 and turn left at Hackamore (the first street sign - left is your only option). Turn right after fourth house on the right (you will see a culdesac). There are two culdesacs on Hackamore. Be sure to take the first one which is to the right after the large beautiful log home. Go straight ahead to the end of the culdesac to 16025 Hackamore.  A drive goes into the woods to our home office. If it is after dark, we'll light the lamp posts for you.
